How do i know when my baby will be a month?

I'm confused is it going by weeks or is it from the birth date? For instance son was born September 9th so will he be a month on October 9th or when he's 4 weeks?

Its all the same give or take a day. That's like saying is his birthday on the same day every year , or does leap year throw it off ?

Depends on what you are counting. If you are telling people he is "x" old then I would go by the date but if you are measuring his milestones then it's definately by weeks.
