My Elliana will be 4 months saturday and started making strange with people around 3 months. She screams and cries her little heart out if anybody tries to hold her....including her grandma , my MIL. She will only sit with me, her dad and her older sister (who doesn't even live with us & she's sees her maybe 3 times a week)

She's been with me pretty much exclusively since birth.... And she's been everywhere with us....we take her to restaurants.... Everywhere! She was never left with someone except my mom once for 4 hours at 2.5 months.

And now we can't leave her BC of this! My MIL use to come over like every other day to see her but now she doesn't BC she cries and my mil says oh she doesn't like me and walks off in a huff instead of at least trying to soothe her. She will cry if my mil looks at her too long and def when she holds her....but she smiles at most strangers in the stores (unless she's overtired and grumpy)

What can we do to help her feel more comfortable with my MIL? we try to go over in short visits every few days but she cries and my mil just runs from her pretty much when she cries lol
