I need advice and motivation 😃

I'm trying to lose weight so far I have lost 18lbs my highest weight was 283lbs I'm ashamed of it.😞 My current weight is 265lbs and I want to loss 20lbs more but so I can be at 245lbs I haven't been at that weight since I was middle school. My overall goal weight is 122.8lbs but I want to make small goals for myself so it can be easier and not overwhelming. I need help and tips. I am not much of a foodie but once I get into a meal that I like so much I tend to eat that until I get bored of it and switch. Ever so often I these healthy kicks but they don't last long😝. I get really bored with health meals especially if I don't know a lot of meals to cook or make. I'm more or a sandwich person but do love salads once and awhile. I need more food options.
