What to do now???

I have had ovarian cysts since 2006. I have been on depo since 2007. Last year I stopped. I don't feel it's safe to continue due to side effects and current health issues. I am not sexually active so not worried about pregnancy. However, it was agreed that pills won't work for me either becuase of missing days. Soooooooo......which route should I take????
