problems swallowing pills!
I bought the 1,300mg evening primrose oil gel pills and I really didn't pay attention to how big they were when I purchased them. They are massive! I already have trouble taking regular size pills, so would it be okay to poke a hole in it and mix it with some juice or applesauce?
