Woke up with a nose bleed, and started my period. Kinda freaked me out for a second. Just blood running all down the shower from my nose and vagina. Ruined my day. And what a way to start the day....

Then I looked ahead a few months of when I'll get my period, and apparently I will have it on my birthday. 😭

I hope I can delay it or it's hope it's not so heavy....
