I can't eat anything... Like I use to eat fruit and that's it, now I can't keep anything down. I haven't really eaten in 2 days, I can only drink water, sprite, milk, etc. But no foods, I don't wanna force myself to eat cyz I'll just puke anyways and make it worse ugh I don't know what to do, if I smell, think, or see food I feel nauseas . I'm only 7 weeks pregnant. I feel sick allll day long so I get no chance to eat at all. What should I do??
