TERRIBLE CRAMPS AFTER SEX

So earlier this morning, my ex boyfriend and I had sex, a few times. I've napped for a few hours and I have terrible cramps. Like, really painful, hard to walk right cramps. I just ended my period on Sunday, so I know it's not that.

Please help! This pain is killing me! Is this a sign of pregnancy? I hope not!
