Tingly breasts.....

Hi all! My husband and I have been TTC for about six months now. For the past few days I have had a tingly sensation in my breasts, almost the same feeling as milk coming in. My breasts aren't sore but on and off daily I will experience this tingly feeling. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative, so I'm still confused by this symptom. Has anyone else experienced this?!
