Do you get body aches while on your period?

Some months I have periods without experiencing any symptoms, other months I have more painful periods with cramps, nausea, back pain, headaches and body aches. Stress, diet and sleep all affect this for me. Usually it'll only be for the first day I start, but sometimes the body aches and back pain are dull but constant for another day or two. I'm pretty sure it's normal to experience an aching body during menstraution. It's not normal to be in pain for days or weeks and not being able to properly function.

My back and my bum are the worst, mostly my bum, I have trouble sitting down and getting back up, you'd think I was an old lady with how I act when I'm on my period😂
