Being a complete virgin means that you haven't broken the skin that's in your vagina, when you first use a tampon you can break the skin, that's usually why it feels uncomfortable the first time. But being a virgin just means you haven't had sex

virginity is however you define it. but ultimately virginity is the state of not having had sex. if you have not had sex you are still a virgin. sex requires a second person. tampons don't count. sex toys even don't count
