I was laying down and as my baby was moving I Hurd like cerplunk/bloop noise lol. Then like a gurgling bubbly noise. What the hecK??!! It wasn't my stomach it was in my uterus I swear! What was it? Like what the heck it was so weird

Likely gut or stomach noises. There's no air in the uterus to make noises like that.

Something that freaked me out was a flicking of the fingernail against finger nail sound.

Mine randomly makes popping noises. Sounds like a bone popping but it's not.
