This may sound silly. But im a ftm and just wondering what contractions feel like. Ive been getting cramping im my lower pelvic area like menstrual cramps but stronger. And back pain also. For the last few days. But today everytime I would go pee I would be in so much pain. Doesn't feel like a infection just very bad cramping. And I know braxton hicks contractions make your stomach hard. But it also seems to make me short of breath.

Sorry it was so long! Any advice or insight would be great.
