Twitching/spasm feeling?

Question

I can't tell if it's my son that's twitching or spasming out or if it's just muscles? Does anybody else get this feeling? I'm 30 weeks and a few days and I'm semi worried?! What do you guys think?!

I'm also 30 weeks and some. I get the same feelings. I think it's just my son changing positions or moving.  I wouldn't worry unless you stop feeling him move. The twitches ar fine :)
