My doctor prescribed me and anti depressant to take at night to help with my sleep and anxiety. I take it at night cause it does cause drowsiness. Now I have struggled with an eating disorder when I was a teen engaged, about 10 years ago and have read that these pills might cause weight gain and I'm absolutely not a fan of that! I'm at a healthy weight now. If I continue to eat healthy and the right portions, will instill gain weight? I know they say it increases your appetite but i will def be watching what I eat as I DO NOT want to gain weight and put myself back to the eating disorder .
