SO every month I get my period for about 5 days heavy every time. I'm not on birth control or anything.. I'm 20. This month I got my period normal for the first two days (heavy) but for the last 4 days I've been spotting ... On and off.. Very confused bc this has NEVER happened to me! Does anyone know what could be going on?

Have you had unprotected sex? Are you stressed at all? There are a ton of things that could be causing it to be like that.

I have had this happen to me. It's normal if you had a change it the type of food you eat. Or stress if you've added more exercise to your routine too. The list goes on and on on why this could be. I became a vegetarian and began working out more and my period came normal the first two days and third day it was light by the fourth day is was completely gone. I found out it was due to my diet changing and the stress I had looking for a job and working out more. But just be safe and take a test later to be sure.

I've had this happen to me. It was result in being stressed. I've never had sex so I knew I wasn't pregnant.
