I took a PP depression test at my daughters appointment and they said I have PPD

But they didnt seem too concerned.. It was a pediatrics appointment but still i just assumed they would be a bit more worried. The doctor just said to mention it at my 6 week check up. Thats in a month. Im not sure what to do... Should i make an appointment sooner or wait it out? He said i scored high (meaning it was very likely that i have PPD) and i have always had really bad anxiety as well if that matters
