Back stretches? Also nipple piercings?

I was a gymnast for 16 years and collided my L5 vertebrae with my pelvic bone and there is so much pressure. I can't get into positions I used to even though I stretch every morning and have since I quit gymnastics. Do any moms know of stretches I can do to help alleviate the pain? Also I got my nipples pierced and as soon as they we're healed at 6 months I got pregnant and took them out. There's still puss that comes out of my piercing holes, but I'm planning on breast feeding. Do you think that could harm my little one? I've noticed that colostrum leaks out of the piercing holes too, will it be too much flow for her??
