I would say that birthing classes are as much for partners as the mama's. Most people have zero idea what to expect during the labor process. For women, some people argue "its natural". But it is totally foreign for our partners and they can use all the education they can get!!! Every birth is different. I've been through it and still going to the classes!!! I don't think it's one of those things that we can over prepare for...
