Weightloss Surgery

I'm living in Sydney and I am currently 122 kgs 😢 I used to be 76kgs but as we know, life just has it's hard moments. I've been on diets and I have lost weight but I always put it back on! I'm considering soing the weightloss surgery and I have heard that it is under medicare now in Melbourne. I have no money to afford it upfront, so I was hoping if there was any places that do it under medicare?
