I was on a birth control pill for around five years and wanted to stop taking them to give my body a break from the hormones and develop a natural cycle. During that time, my significant other and I used the pull out method. I've started trying the fertility awareness method and switched to using condoms as a barrier method. My problem is that it hurts me pretty bad to have sex when he's wearing a condom, even with when I'm sufficiently lubricated. Does anyone have a brand they recommend or any tips to help?
