TTC test

Ladies I have been trying to conceive for 10 months now and I had my last period on August 10th and as I have a 30-35 days period cycle so I thought to wait until end September to do a pregnancy test. I did two on the 22nd or so and it was negative then I thought may be since my cycle is irregular I should try it early morning so next day I did another in the morning it again was negative. And till date I did not have my period! Should like do another one now or wait until the mid of this month? And should I do it in the morning or just any time would work? Please help!
