AF 3 days late cervix still high

Af was due on oct 3 but havent showed her face the day on my period i was experiencing cramps like no other felt like i was dying im just so confused where is AF ???? Plus the area around my pelvic is really hard when i stretch it pulls my lower abdomine nd it hurts like hell
