Feeling cold on period???

Is it normal to feel cold af when you're on period? Like my hands are blue from freezing

Answer

Yes. I often get so deeply cold and it feels like nothing could warm me. I will just sit in a hot shower or bundle in blankets next to a heat source and still feel cold. Sometimes it's even more extreme/weird, I can even feel cold while I feel hot... Like I'll be sweating from trying so hard to warm myself, and I'll feel all the other ways I normally feel from being overheated...except actually feeling warm. It's bizarre and has only ever happened on my period.
