7 days late, 3 bfn

Is it possible to still be pregnant? I'm 24, 7 days late for my period but I've been experiencing lower back pain, minor cramps and aches in my lower abdomen and legs. I'm very fatigued as well. 3bfn. This would technically be my 4th time being pregnant but the other 3 didn't stick. Should I call the dr?
