Sister in laws ?

Question

How many of you ladies have a good relationship with your sister in law ? Or actually trust them ? Do you think they would hide things for their brother/sister ? Do they put on a front when there around you ? And if you dint trust them why ? Just wanna know some stories about this or what you think .

I really like my sisters in law. BUT I always remember theyre his family not mine. Blood is thicker than water and I wouldn't never trust them 100% but maybe that's just me.

*%#*k my sister in law.. Cold hearted and rides on a high horse. She calls him at all hours of the night, we lost our child an she never called or reached out, she intentionally didn't invite me to her baby shower and excludes me from everything. I've come to terms that it's just not going to be a relationship with her or brother in law (her hubby). I've been angry about it because all I wanted was awesome in laws since my family is small. On great terms with my mom is law and my other sister in law though.. That's all that matter.

Hmm my SO has two younger sisters, the one that is a closest to our age I feel did my job before my time so there is a slight competitiveness I've always felt in terms of who gives the best advice or is reliable in an emergency for example, this sounds so petty but it's the only way I can describe it lol She is very used to being the head lady of the family where as I'm very laid back, every so often I have to remind her that she is not my mother, or that actually I am older than her and don't need to be told what to do! However I try to accept that she's really mature & independent & accept that trait of her personality. Overall I get on with them really well & are very close but i do think they would still lie for him if he wanted them to as no matter how part of the family I am he's still their brother. But if he was doing anything wrong I know they would tear into him and probably tell their mum so she could do the same 😂  I think having the family esp female, on side is really important as I could always go to them for advice as they know him inside out and can be neutral unlike friends, who never seem to be able to give unbiased advice!!!!

I have an awesome relationship with my sister in law. I've known her my whole life though and she and my sister have been best friends since jr high. She didn't strart dating my brother though until they had been out of high school for a few years. She has given me two nieces and a nephew to love. My brother was married once before her and I didn't really get along with his first wife too well so i really love that I get along so well with his current wife. She's such a good listener and will help me with whatever if she's able to.

My sister in law and I are so similar, I love her! She doesn't take shit from her mom, which I love haha! She's so level headed and a great role model for my daughters (she's in the Navy and graduated HS with an associates degree). I'm blessed to have her and only wish she lived closer! (She lives in CA on a navy ship)

My husband has seven sisters and I have two married brothers and one of my brother in laws is married, so that makes 10 sister in laws! Every single one of them is awesome! We all get along great! I am so blessed to have married into the family I did. His sisters are so welcoming! I moved to the US to be with my husband and not having my own sisters around makes me really appreciate my SiL's. I have four sisters back home

So my sister in laws I love they are fantastic they stay neutral between me and my husband 100% and always here us both out my mother in law on the other hand is more of a monster in law she's done some pretty shady stuff to say the least I don't have a relationship with her we talk occasionally but that's were it ends it used to bother me a lot before because well I'm the daughter in law but now I could care less.
