Help please! (Oral Sex)

So, Today morning I had an oral sex with my boyfriend.. and he cummed near of my cliff but then on my belly, I'm concerned if his sperm might have gone inside of my Vagina.. and if it did is it dangerous? May I get pregnant? PS: I have never had sex.
