measuring ahead

So I am seeking encouragement or positivity. My doc tells me my baby is still measuring ahead and now supposedly it's by 3 weeks. But today I'm officially 28weks, and she said he is about 30-31. She keeps using the term "overgrowth" and since my baby has cpam (which is shrinking) she just discusses it like there are all these possibilities. She says usually the growth happens after thirty weeks. Anyone else have something similar ?
