Is 17 to young to have a kid?

I think 17 is to young to plan for a child in my own opinion. But shit happens and I was pregnant with my first at 16. Age does not define if you will be a good Mother or not.

Absolutely!  At 17, I couldn't imagine being a mom. No way! One misses so much

I got pregnant at 17 and had my daughter at 18. It was not planned, I was on the depo shot. I wouldn't change it for anything though.. 
It was really hard. Pregnancy was hard, financially we struggled, and people were very rude about it. I'm 20 now, with two kids, and I don't plan on having anymore. 😊
I don't think it's a good idea to plan a pregnancy at 17 or even 18. When you have a stable relationship, your own car, your diploma, a job, your own place (that's big enough for you, your SO, and a child), then you can talk about having a child.. Until then, enjoy being a kid yourself.

I (and many other 17 year olds) was wayyy too immature to have children at 17. All I cared about at 17 were boys, school and applying to colleges
