is this baby acne?

My husband keeps telling me that it's a rash of some sort because she's sweaty/dirty..which pisses me off because I take care of our girls all week by myself and I keep them bathed and clean. 
I told him I think it's baby acne

It's just baby acne. And babies don't really get dirty until they get older.

It could be from sweat if that's the side she rests her head on your arm. The moisture can irritate her skin causing a similar rash. My daughter used to get it all the time and I finally realized that's what it was, the solution was just to drape a receiving blanket over my arm so she wouldn't contact my skin directly.
