Panorama Testing

I just received a call that my panorama testing came back but was inconclusive because the fetal fraction was too low. The fetal fraction was only 1.9% and the normal range is from 10-20%. Should I be concerned? Has this happened to anyone else? My OB said that because I'm under 35 I should be fine, but it was really low so I'm still concerned.
