Do you think going to the bar while pregnant is tacky?

I personally do and don't choose to do it. I think there are plenty of other places to meet up and hang out with friends than a bar.

I go with my husband and his friends on the weekends. But I am stuck in the house all week. No license, and live in a different country, and I don't have friends yet.  I just get water and cola. And play darts and pool. I'm 6 months pregnant. If your not drinking i personally see no harm in it. People can't smoke in the bars where I am so I don't have to worry about the smoke.

A lot of the people I use to hang out with go to the bar a lot. I use to be there a couple nights a week. Very friendly place. Everyone knows everyone. I have been a couple times since becoming pregnant because I missed everyone. I didn't drink or anything. It's nice to get out and do adult things even if your pregnant.

Drinking in a bar when pregnant may be questionable. Going to a bar with your husband and friends and drinking a soda I don't see a problem. Personally I don't like going to the bar cos drunk people annoy me when I'm pregnant.
Yes there is plenty of other places to hang out with friends, but when all my friends or husband are heading to a bar, I appreciate that id be welcome If I wanted to go. I guess everyone has there own opinion though 😊

I sober cabbed my bf and brother inlaw the other weekend id rather be at the bar for awhile a weekend night then have something happen to people I love.

I wouldn't mind on occassion but my SO is actually the one that insists we don't he'd rather have a few drinks with friends over dinner or at a bqq then in a smokey bar. It's probably better not to because bars are generally full of smoke anyway...at least the ones around here.

If its a classy bar, where there arent smoking permitted inside i dont see why  not.  But if its the corner bar where everyone is smoking a pack a night  possibly.
