weird pain in belly

Okay so about 4 1/2 weeks ago I had a miscarriage. I was only 5 weeks so there were no complications. Well today I am having a wave of pain every few seconds below my belly button but a little above my pubic bone. I'm not sure what it is so I was wondering if you ladies had any insight for me?
