Bleeding at 10 wks

Slight bleeding at 10.5 weeks. TMI warning. After a BM I wiped and noticed a little blood mixed in with regular CM.  This is the first and only time I have seen blood since day 1 and it is REALLY freaking me out. I have very mild cramping, hard to tell because my digestive system has been cramping a lot too. How do I know when it's  serious? I did a lot of physical work today, should I be taking it easy tomorrow. So worried...
