Ovulation fever

I got off of BC last month , I am doing the FAM method to avoid pregnancy. I have been tracking Temps and CM and cervical postion. For the past 4 days I have had the egg white mucus and a temp spike only one morning but today I feel feverish . Is that a indication that I already ovulated ?
