Yes I know I should have and it hurts my body, and I definitely felt the side effects. I had a 4 day heavy bleeding (hoping that was my period, idk?) But a had PROTECTED sex last Saturday. But I'm in all star cheer, tumbling, and weight training classes. Sometimes I feel nauseous but I eat and it goes away. I'm so scared. Please help. My mom had her first kid at my age and I'm terribly scared. My period is supposed to start in 5 or 6 days. My acne started up again yesterday, my boobs aren't sore yet, I usually feel that before my period.
