Had my follow up appointment today. Just did my first round of femara. Clomid didn't work, but ovulated on femara. However, didn't get my period naturally (which is typical but should have since I ov). Used the progesterone to trigger it, that always works. 4 days past last pill and still no AF. Taken multiple pregnancy tests and BFN every time. Doctor said to give it through the weekend and then start a new round of progesterone to trigger. This is my last round of femara and then I will be referred to the fertility specialist. I know this is what she must do and is the best decision medically, but it sucks. Insurance isn't going to cover that and we are in no way about to pay the thousands of dollars. I am willing to do anything to have a baby, but it's now coming down to resources we don't have. I feel like it's saying "ok no baby for you." We have been TTC coming up on 11 months now. I am just so upset and fingers crossed this next cycle works (if AF ever shows)
