Baby doesn't respond to sound or touch

Is this okay? I'm 36 weeks and my baby never responds to my touch or to music or sounds or anything. She moves still, just not in response to anything. Like I can poke at my belly when she's inactive to try to get her to move and nothing. I can play music loudly next to my bump and nothing. She literally does not move at all except whenever she feels like it! I thought babies were supposed to respond to loud noises and even to your touch. Is this normal?
