Frozen BM
LO's caregivers each have about 15-20oz frozen BM stored in freezers. Plus, I have about 90-100oz at home in the freezer. I know it will stay good anywhere from 3 to 6 months that way. What's the easiest way to start using it so it doesn't get wasted?
