Belly tenderness while sleeping?

I've been having like a sore/painful feeling all over my belly but mainly on the lower part when I sleep. I know this cause it hurts when I wake up to turn to my other side, up until I wake up but lately it's been feeling like that throughout my day also while I'm doing chores around the house. Anyone else have had this happen and know what it is? Im a STM, 32 weeks preggers, and this feeling never happened with my first.
