Anyone else Constipated?💩

Ok so tmi! I don't use the restroom (💩) often but the last time I went, it hurt so freaking bad! I mean I was pushing so hard it felt like he was going to come out! It took me about a half hour before it finally came out. And man was I sore down there for a few days. 😭

Whenever I haven't pooped in awhile I drink a cup of coffee. Most of the time I am running to the bathroom before I even finish the cup lol!

When I'm constipated I take colace (stool softener). Also try eating some dates or prunes. I already drink a ton of water so that doesn't help. 
A couple of things I read about in my hypobirthing/natural childbirth book Ms are the concept of "breathing down" and relaxing your mouth/jaws to help open your up. The books recommend practicing these while having a bowel movement, and as strange as it sounds it helps A LOT. Even when I've got constipation & a hemorrhoid if I use the "breathe down" technique I am able to go without ANY pushing!

This happened to me a lot and I mean daily basically during my second trimester. Mine created hemorrhoids (I know tmi) now I'm having the opposite problem and can't seem to get a solid stool. Constipation is normal just try more fiber and veggies!
