Yeast infection after period? It's happened 3 times now.

Question

Does anyone else get this. It just started happening and I can't think of a cause other than someone else in the house had one and I magically got it. I just don't understand it. The first two went away on there own, this one is lingering a few more days.

Any help would be appreciated

Have you looked at how you're using sanitary towels and tampons.
Tampons can leave fibres, dry you out risking cuts etc.
Sanitary towels are like a breeding ground, make you sweat, leaves lots of moisture.
I moved on to menstrual cups and reusable cotton sanitary towels and thrush stopped being a problem

I was getting yeast infections when i used tampons, now i use a cup and i havent had one and i also dont have any odor during that time of the month and my period got lighter and shorter. Cups are the best invention ever!

This happened to me as well and then they stopped after I switched tampons. Maybe try switching? ☺️
