Not feeling well

Stacey • hello I'm a mother of of 5 n i.have a wonderful boyfriend that i love and 32 And we are having our first haby together.
I'm 6dpo having cramping , really nauseous, one mintue hot next cold, back aching and tired idk what's going on...plus I'm feeling so cramping on the left side
