dreaming again, is my mind screwing with me or has this happened to anyone before?

I know people dream about BFP and stuff and the other night I dreamt of my BFP, then last night I dreamt I had a sonogram and had twins in my belly. Two nights in a row I've had pregnancy dreams. I always believe in dreams coming true. Has anyone else dreamed about having twins or a boy or girl and and it was true. I woke up before I found out both genders and 1 was a boy and I really want a girl. Which this is also funny because 1 day I'll be nauseous and have stronger symptoms then the next day they won't be as strong. With my son I had little to no symptoms! Is my head playing tricks on me!
