Anyone else taking lots of supplements?
So I've been antidepressants since before I found out I was pregnant. I had severe postpartum with psychosis after my 11 year old was born and I haven't gotten off antidepressants yet. Just the thought of going through it again sends my anxiety through the roof.
Then I started my prenatal once a day. When I was dx with gestational diabetes, I wanted to do whatever I could to get my numbers under control so I started taking cinnamon, omega-3 and coconut oil capsules.
Then when I hit 34 weeks, I added evening Primrose Oil and Dr Christopher's Birth Prep herbs to help my body prepare for labor. I've had long labors in the past (my longest labor was 51.5 hours of contractions every 3-5 minutes) and would like to try everything I can to try and help my body this time (5th birth, but our 6th child, my oldest is adopted).
So... that equals 15 pills a day... plus I drink 2tbsp of apple cider vinegar with 1tsp of chlorophyll in the mornings and drink 2 cups of third trimester tea every day.
Anyone else!?
