I'm 16, weigh roughly 170, and look like this. Am I too big?..

You don't look it. You left out some really important information. Yes we have the weight, but how tall are you? Do you exercise if yes: what do you do? How hard do you work out? Do you wrought train? Heavy weight (lift like a man look like a godess. Without taking suppulants specifically to look big, you won't look like a man lol)? Light weight? Do you just run? Yoga, some sort of martial arts? 
From about 14-20 I had about 3-4% body fat weighing in at 135, I'm 5'2 and was lifting freeweights and 40 min cardio 6 days per week. I have a friend who weighs 150. She's 5'4 and does crossfit 5-6 times per week. Fast forward to me now (well about 8 months ago) I weighed 150 (5'2) didn't work out at all wearing a size 12 vs before size 0-3.

It's whatever you feel. I personally am tall and thin and that's what I have grown up with. Ever since I was little I was told skinny or physically fit was pretty. I am both. If you feel fat exercise if you feel healthy then that's ok to
