My baby has these pimple looking bumps on his face. Normal or no? He's a week old.

Normal, leave them alone. They are milk spots as we call them in the UK.

It's normal! Just a little baby acne, it'll go away on its own. Keep it dry, don't put baby lotion where the break outs are! Such a cute baby, makes me miss when mine was that little! 😍

Not trying to scare you but here's what happened to me: my son had similar (and at a year old he still gets them). I had my sister in law babysit for an hour when he was 7 months old. She messed with one. It turned into a major staph infection. He was hospitalized and had to have surgery on his face at only 7 months old. 
For his privacy later in life I won't post a pic of how bad it looked. Here's him in his hospital crib.
