Tmi. Threw up today, need some advice.

So I started my work out plan (again). This is the third time starting this plan, my step daughter is in school and I have nothing but time to devote to bettering myself. I started out with a fairly easy for me workout. 10 minute walk on treadmill, some squats, and some crunches. With breaks in between. After I took a cold shower and had been drinking water slowly but enough to keep my hydrated. About an hour after my work out I was feeling fine one second then running to my bathroom to puke the next second. Threw up make 4 or 5 times nothing to big and then felt fine after and I ate a banana to get rid of taste. Though yes I am trying to get pregnant I'm only about 12 or 13 days since my last cycle began and only about a week or so since period ended. So not possible yet. Any ideas?
