Stessed out 😩😩😩😩

I have to do non stress test twice a week which is fine it's only sitting in a chair did 30 mins to monitor baby. BUT every single time I've gone to these appointment the tell me I'm having to many contractions (I don't feel anything, no pain) and send me to L&D. So I end up at the hospital for hours upon hours uncomfortable and hungry and stressed only for them to say you not contacting anymore and your cervix is perfect and tell me baby sounds great .... Which I'm thankful for but this is really stressing me out ! I'm 32+4 weeks And already have had my cervix checked 3 times ! I heard that's not good it makes me spot and cramp. I am more then likely going to be going threw this every week ! Anything for my baby but can it be end of November already 😭
