Vitex, primrose, and Dong quai?

Has anyone used any of these to successfully help start thier period back up. I was on depo for 6 months. I stop having a period back in may. I've been off it for about three months now. I recently bought all three of these in hope to ovulate, and get a period so I can start TTC. Also how long did it take?

Primrose is basically a nice smelling vitamin flower. Doesn't particularly help a lot with anything specific. So more hipe than anything else.

No idea what vitex is.

Dong quai (Chinese version of angelica) is an estrogenic, so it can aid in stimulating a period, labor or termination. It's one of my favorites actually because I'm irregular and frankly not having a period is more annoying than most assume.

Anyway, like all herbs be careful where you buy it. Solaray works for me, which you can order online or get heathfood stores. There's other brands but unfortunately I can't remember the names and throw away the bottles. I'll include a picture. I mention this because some companies cut it with something else or it's not even in there.

To induce mine I take 1100mg daily and it usually works in about 5 days. But everyone is different, I know people who can't use this or it takes even longer. Good luck.

I used vitex, clear blue digital ovulation tests and pre seed. Pregnant second month of ttc, now I have this handsome three week old! 😍

Dong quai helps induce a period but don't take it after you have one it can induce a miscarriage as well

I've taken vortex in the past after not having a period for over a year after coming off the pill. I took it for a month and fell pregnant that month. 
I'm going to start using it again soon but I'm a little wary now that I know you should only take it up to when your going to ovulate. I'm not sure when that is yet.
